Abstract The problem of deformation and damage of the working surface of Huayuan Coal Mine 10105 was studied, and the causes of the deformation and damage of the roadway were investigated in the field investigation and laboratory analysis, and the constant allowable pressure coupling support reworking support scheme was designed. The repair results indicated that the scheme could achieve effective control of the deformation of the surrounding rock roadway.
