Abstract Mine anti-wind drill is an important measure to improve the emergency treatment level of coal mine safety accidents. Through the use of software engineering knowledge, the use of MapWinGIS controls, database and other technologies, the real-time map display function in the coal mine anti-wind drill command platform was designed and implemented to meet the system requirements and ensure the scientific and efficient mine anti-wind safe, with good results.
