Abstract Du’erping Mine applied "roof cutting and pressure relief roadway protection technology" in 72909 working face of Nanjiupan District. Through roof cutting and pressure relief, pre-splitting and pre-splitting blasting was constructed on the side of non-mining side of 72909 belt roadway, the surrounding rock of adjacent 72909 gas pre-drainage roadway was protected, the roof cutting and roadway protection technology was effectively strengthened, the service life of roadway was prolonged, and the influence of mining pressure caused by roadway deformation was reduced, with the lower cost of roadway maintenance and treatment.
