Based on 4203 working face mining with collapse coal column in Zhongxing Mine, 3 control schemes were settled and optimized, supporting technology of roof and "U" shaped steel frame with chemical grouting was considered as the best plan. The result showed that the maximum displacement 62 mm, which diminished with time, stable after 30 d, meeting the needs of safe mining.
