To prevent coal and gas outburst accident, Zhaogezhuang Mine has actively adopted comprehensive prevention and control measures, optimized ventilation system, enhanced coal and gas outburst management, improved safety supervision and monitoring system, sticked to the principles of source control, advanced prevention and control, rule of law and strict management in outburst prevention and implemented regional outburst prevention measures in protection stratum mining and pre-drainage of boreholes crossing rock headway; “one policy for each mining face” is adhered to in gas drainage, forming a high- and low- concentration gas drainage system of pre-drainage, pressure-relief gas drainage and post-mining drainage. Zhaogezhuang Mine has achieved need-based drainage and return air gas concentration is controlled under 0.4%, kept accidents like gas overrun and gas accumulation from happening and achieved 36a safety production of ventilation and prevention of dust, gas and fire.
