Existing multiple protection or backup protection device for preventing overwind discharge, but overwinding accident still happen, so that caused injuries, equipment damage and impact the production. To solve the problem of overwind discharge of security, the "coal mine safety regulations" proposed explicitly, requirements in vertical shaft hoisting system, must fortify bump beam and managed devices, and shall not be concurrently anticollision beam, at the same time, volume, discharge distance shall conform to the relevant provisions.
