Abstract The transformation of coal-fired hot blast stove and evaporation system used in the production system of anhydrous calcium chloride produced from ECH waste water was analyzed. The reconstruction device is more adapt to the needs of production, the quality of the products is improved as well as SO2 emission is reduced by 96%, NOx emission is reduced by 90%, ash emission is reduced by 93%, waster gas emission is reduced by 75% and there is almost no solid waste.
