Based on wind ventilation without the ability to solve gas overrun problem, an engineering project was taken as an example, according to the results of the gas emission source analysis, combined with coal seam occurrence, high fissure zone gas drainage process was settled, drainage construction equipment and construction were introduced. The results showed that: this technology ensured that the 22114 working face was not affected by the gas during mining, reduced the gas emission, showed important application value for improving the efficiency of coal mine gas extraction and ensuring the safety production in mine.
