Abstract Under the synergistic effect of di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid，tri-butyl phosphorate(TBP) and sulfonated kerosene, Sc was extracted from the hydrolysis mother liquor of titanium sulfate. The different ways, such as washing, hydrolysis and adding inhibitor were discussed . The main impurity elements，for example Fe and Ti,were removed, finally higher oil phase containing Sc was got.
