Abstract According to the actual situation of Wannian Mine of Fengfeng Group, the SZZ630 / 220 narrow self-moving loader is developed to solve the problem that the roadway is easy to deform during the advancing process of coal mining face in large mining depth coal mine, which causes the loader to occupy the pedestrian space. The loader is developed for the special geological conditions of narrow and variable roadways. The door-type self-moving device and the narrow design of the overall structure are adopted to reduce the section size of the whole machine and realize rapid self-moving. The practical results show that the development and application of the loader improve the applicability of the loader itself to the roadway, save the workload of repairing the roadway, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and realize the rapid and safe advancement of the working face.
