Abstract In order to cope with the increasingly severe water disaster situation in coal mining of Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group, on the basis of making full use of its existing conditions and resources, a comprehensive analysis of groundwater and water diversion channels is designed by integrating hydrological monitoring system, central pump room automatic control system, underground drilling monitoring system and microseismic monitoring system, and combining Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data technology to realize early warning and prevention and control of water disaster risk.
