Abstract Taking the No.1101EX3 steeply inclined face of Tianshun Mine of Fengfeng Group Co., Ltd. as the background, aiming at the problems of different coal thicknesses on the variable slope of the working face, large dip angle of the coal seam in the open-off cut, and the falling or dumping of the fully mechanized mining equipment caused by the car plate downward transportation, the slideway was installed in the open-off cut, the shearer was installed in the upper part of the open-off cut, the winch and the lifting steel beam were installed in the chamber, and the installation technology of winch speed control, slipper auxiliary and equipment slow downward transportation was adopted to realize the smooth transportation of fully mechanized mining equipment. The installation and transportation of fully mechanized mining equipment under different coal thickness conditions of large dip angle and variable slope provided technical guarantee for the installation of subsequent working faces in the mine.
