Abstract Based on the complex stress environment of 92610 chute gate coal uncovering in Dashe Mine, the anchoring force of anchor cable was low in the process of coal uncovering tunneling, and even roof fall occurd. According to the actual situation of the site, combined with theoretical analysis and field monitoring, it was decided to adopt the comprehensive reinforcement scheme of advanced grouting combined with strong anchor cable support and grouting to seal the surrounding rock. The field industrial test showed that the support scheme effectively reduced the deformation of roadway surrounding rock in the process of coal uncovering, the deformation of roadway tended to be stable in 20 ~ 26 d, the stability of surrounding rock was good, the construction period was shortened and the construction safety was ensured.
