Abstract Aiming at the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and damage of supporting system in deep high-level stress-fractured roadway, Guotun Mine -808 Shimen roadway was taken as the research background, Deformation failure mechanism and control technology was studied by field investigation, drilling peeping, and underground testing. The influence of surrounding rock fragmentation and high level stress on the stability of surrounding rock was analyzed, and the coordinated control technologies of top anchor “anchor net beam + floor” and “inverted bottom arch + anchor + grouting” were proposed. On-site engineering practice showed that after adopting this support scheme, the deformation of the stone gate of the -808 m track tended to be stable, and provided technical support for the surrounding rock control of the roadway under similar conditions.
