Gaoyang Mine coal pillar recycling working face as isolated island, with spontaneous ignition,  fie prevention and control becomes the key to safe mining. In order to achieve economic fire prevention and control, spontaneous ignition factors were analyzed to get 10 reasons, fire prevention and control technology of coal pillar isolated island was studied, fire prevention and control of nitrogen injection oxygen-consumed, infusing white mud, spontaneous ignition monitoring, reasonable ventilation were adopted to ensure the safe mining.
