Abstract The production of high-dose biological products, such as recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody, has brought great challenges to downstream purification technology. Membrane separation technology has become the basic technology to ensure the purity, safety and utility of the modern biological products. The membrane separation technology also plays an irreplaceable role in the purification process of rHSA( recombinant Human Serum Albumin ). The UFP-750, which is suitable for industrial production was selected and optimized. The experiment results show that the filtrate quality using the membrane component UFP-750 is more stable than other membrane components, and the product yield is high. The membrane pressure 50 kPa and the temperature 15 ℃ are the the best control parameters.
