The shaping effect of diamond powder by homemade drum plastic ball mill were studied.The different raw material,different ratio of ball and and material ball mill time were experimented.By repeated experiments,the obtained diamond powder shape was approximately equal area form or such as shape of  block,and after classification,the same specifications of the powder as a whole was uniform without particles of sheet or strip shape.
