In order to solve the part of the coal slime water efflux existing coal flotation tail system in production, two coal flotation plant under Kailuan Company tail coal recovery system were reformed technically, different coal flotation tail water recycling technology and equipment were adopted, coarse particle + high frequency sieve screen bowl centrifuge were used respectively to set and concentrated hydrocyclone screen + + arc coal slime centrifuge two methods of recycling, fine particles with quick opening diaphragm filter press recovery, which achieved good economic and social benefits, implemented the coal slime recovery, level of wash water closed-circuit circulation inside the plant goals.
