Investment control was an important content of the supervision work, quality, progress, safety were impossible without improper investment control. based on actual supervision, investment structure, characteristics of investment control, investment control measures in construction phase were analyzed and summed up, common problems and processing measures in the supervision work were pointed out. Supervision based on supervision procedures was emphasized, investment control work should be valued and claim for compensation should be avoided.
