According to seam gas deposit conditions of Dongpang Mine in Jizhong Energy Company, various methods of gas drainage were optimized and combined based on theoretical analysis and research based on applied research. Through on-site optimization and continuous improvement, the final coal gas drainage integrated approach that suited Dongpang Mine coal seam occurrence characteristics  was determined.
