With the increasing attention paid by the state to environmental protection, as one the important pollution sources, coal-fired boilers have caused tremendous pressure on the environment due to the pollutants produced by coal combustion. The state's environmental protection requirements for coalfired boilers are becoming increasingly stringent, demanding that effective pollution control measures be implemented for coal-fired boilers. In order to reduce energy waste, lower the concentration of pollutant, and ensure compliance with the national emission standards, circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boilers are being transformed from coal to gas. The fuel was changed from coal to coke gas, and the steam generated by the gas boiler was used for power generation. During the maintenance period of the methanol system, coke oven gas can be fully utilized, which only reduces the venting of coke oven gas but also further reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions. Therefore, it has become one of the important directions for the technological transformation of-fired boilers.
