The explosion limit is an important parameter that characterizes the explosion characteristics of combustible gases. Mastering the explosion limit of the mixed gas during the combustion to pyrolysis stage of the dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion staged conversion thermoelectric cogeneration process is crucial to ensuring the safe operation of the high-temperature electrostatic precipitator system configuration. The dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion staged conversion thermal electrical multi generation process were introduced. The current typical combustible gas explosion limit calculation method were analyzed, and the 1 MWt dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion multi generation pilot test platform of Zhejiang University as the experimental object to calculate the explosion limit of the mixed gas components measured twice were combined. The results show that when the oxygen content of the mixed gas is 1.04%, the high-temperature electrostatic precipitator will not cause an explosion during operation.
