Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low activity and easy loss of ammonifying bacteria, polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate were used as composite carriers to embed and immobilize ammonifying bacteria AX-1 for removing organic nitrogen. The preparation conditions of immobilized embedded beads were determined by single factor experiments, and they were applied to the experiment of organic nitrogen degradation in chicken manure. The results showed that when the concentration of PVA was 8%, the concentration of sodium alginate was 1.5%, the concentration of CaCl2 was 3%, the dosage of bacteria was 6%, and the crosslinking time was 8 hours, the highest degradation efficiency of organic nitrogen was 40.4%, and the degradation efficiency of organic nitrogen in practical chicken manure wastewater reached 41.80%.
