Abstract： Combined with the actual situation of Fengfeng mining area, the idea and method of coal mining under construction was put forward in Dashucun Mine of Fengfeng Group.By pre-setting the limit value of surface movement and deformation, with the help of subsidence prediction, the predicted value of surface deformation caused by mining was lower than the design limit value. The identification method of ground building ( structure ) damage caused by mining was described, and three main application points of InSAR monitoring new technology in building damage identification were described. The ideas and methods could provide reference for coal mining under buildings in major mining areas.
