Abstract:The content of p-aminobzoic acid, p-nitrobenzoic acid and N-p-nitrobenzoyl-L-glutamate were detected by HPLC. Chromatography column: 5 μm 150 mm×4.6 mm C18, detection wavelength: 245nm, sample intake: 20 μL, flow rate: 1.2 mL/min, column temperature: 40 ℃. The results show that p-benzoic acid is 4.82 separated from N-p-L-glutamate, impurities 0.010 09 ~ 0.605 4 μg/mL p-benzoic acid (r = 0.999 7), 0.025 ~ 0.060 00 μg/mL (r = 0.999 0), and N-p-L-glutamate range 0.027 027 ~ 0.600 6 μg/mL (r = 0.999 8). The method is simple, sensitive, reliable and reproducible, so it can be used to control the impurity content in N-phenylbenzoyl-L-glutamate.
