Abstract： Centrifugal releaser is the key component of the safe braking of the hydraulic braking tractor, and its working performance plays a vital role in the safe braking of the tractor. In order to improve the detection method of the centrifugal releaser, this paper designs a portable centrifugal releaser test device, and expounds the test data acquisition scheme, which can accurately measure the critical speed of the centrifugal releaser. The design of the centrifugal release device and the acquisition scheme of test data effectively improve the convenience of performance test before the centrifugal release device is installed, and save the test cost, thus providing a guarantee for the safe braking of hydraulic braking tractor.
