The mechanical hydraulic cutter casing cutting technology is applied to the coal mine area management project. The casing is cut and pulled out in stages, which can make a main hole reused for many times, and the pipe in the hole can be recycled after the completion of the project. Taking the previous regional governance project construction as an example, this paper combines theory with practice to quantify the analysis. The results show that the application of mechanical hydraulic cutter casing cutting technology to regional governance projects has the advantages of strong safety and easy operation.
