Abstract:According to the requirements of water pollution prevention and control action plan in Shanxi Province, the chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus indexes of mine water pollutants discharged from coal mines should meet the III standard of ' surface water environmental quality standard ' ( GB3838-2002 ). The existing process of underground sewage treatment station in Ciyaogou Coal Industry cannot meet the requirements of the new standard, and it needs to be upgraded. Taking into account the horizontal extension and future development of coal mine, on the basis of making full use of existing facilities and equipment, the process of ' coagulation + sedimentation + labyrinth inclined plate sedimentation + multi-media filtration + ceramic membrane filtration ' is adopted. The system after upgrading and reconstruction has advanced technology, strong practicability, reliable technology, can realize automatic control and intensive management, and is economical, reasonable and efficient. The sewage disposal rate is 100 %, and the water quality meets the ' surface water environmental quality III standard ', which provides certain reference for similar coal mine sewage treatment.
