Abstract: Based on the purity of crude product M is about 87%, which needs to be refined to 97% of the national standard. The conventional acid-base refining process consumes a lot of water and acid-base, and produces a large amount of salt-containing wastewater, which has a great impact on the environment. Due to the solubility limitation of traditional toluene solvent refining process, the purity of M product could only reach about 97.5%. The one-step refining process of aniline crude M was studied. The method of dissolving aniline first and then crystallization for crude product M could obtain finished products with a purity of more than 98%. Aniline could be recycled for 9 times with a recovery rate of more than 76% and refining yield above 95%. The process is simple and easy to implement, saves equipment investment, occupies a small area, does not require other auxiliary materials, and has a small amount of three wastes. It is an economical, reasonable, convenient and feasible refining process route.
