Abstract:In order to further stabilize the operation of the chilled water system and prolong the operation period of the gasifier, this article combines the problems of the chilled water system in the actual operation of different manufacturers, and separately analyzes the structure of the slag hole, chill ring and downcomer in the chilled water system. The angles are compared and analyzed, and certain technical improvement references are put forward. The results show that, the slag hole structure is optimized into a step type, which can effectively reduce the number of partial injections of the coarse synthesis gas; setting a slag dam at the slag hole structure can be used when the coal quality fluctuates. Play a certain protective and buffering effect; increase the radius of the chill ring and increase the number of openings, which can reduce the flushing of the chill ring by the chilled water; increase the diameter of the downcomer, and reduce the impact of the crude synthesis gas on the downcomer Scour.
