Application of Working Condition Risk Analysis Method in Production of Bleaching Powder Concentrate

The operating risks in every production unit of bleaching powder concentrate enterprise were identified, by analyzing the conduction technology of bleaching powder concentrate and employing the evaluate method of working condition risk analysis to assess the operating risks of all production units from the aspects of safety. The risk grades of all operating risks were concluded, and the corresponding safety countermeasures were provided. The conclusion of assessment could provide ascience basis for the controlling of operating risk and the practicing of safety management in the bleaching powder concentrate enterprise.
