Based on the actual situation of coal bunker at the bottom of Qianjiaying and Fangezhuang mines of Kailuan Group, in view of the vertical coal bunker bottom funnel incline with the rigid anti-smashing structure under the conditions of large coal drop height and strong impact force, the rigidity anti-smashing structure, poor durability and low safety, it was proved that the rigid anti - smashing structure of the hopper inclined plane at the bottom should be transformed into a flexible anti - smashing structure, position of coal drop point at the bottom of the warehouses should be adjusted to improve the durability and safety of store-bottom anti-smashing structure, so as to ensure the safe mining. The practice showed that the technology reduced or even avoided the bottom maintenance work, improved the mine normal production time.
