In view of the long time consuming and slow production speed of vacuum drying oven in the drying process of traditional chinese medicine extract, which seriously affects the production efficiency, this paper analyzes the reasons of low heat transfer efficiency, slow drying and high energy consumption of vacuum drying oven, and three process stages of rapid evaporation of water, from liquid to solid and solid drying of materials. The solutions of improving convective heat transfer, improving heat conduction, destroying plate surface and mechanical vibration are put forward.
