In order to address the problems of outdated equipment, low productivity, safety and management hazards in Kailuan mining area, the automation and informatization of railroad crossings have been upgraded to realize remote centralized control and unmanned operation of railroad crossings. With engineering theory, remote control theory, automation technology, computer networks and information technology, complete remote automatic control, crossing voice warning, emergency voice broadcast, infrared area alarm, and digital video detection and monitoring functions, the safety of the crossing, crossing digitalization, networking and intelligent management were improved, according to the need for real-time control of each crossing barricade door, the improvement made the pedestrians safe,vehicles and railroad transportation effective.
