Selection and analysis of support parameters for bottom gas drainage roadway based on engineering analogy

In order to study the support parameter design and support effect of the underground roadway in the 2305 working face of Changcun Mine, engineering analogy method was used to carry out the research. First of all, the roadway under the 2311 working face was selected as the analogy object among many roadways, and the supporting effect of the roadway under the 2311 working face was monitored and analyzed. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the support parameters of the roadway under the 2311 working face were feasible. The engineering analogy method was used to determine the supporting parameters of the roadway at the bottom of the 2305 working face, and a support plan for the roadway was designed. After monitoring the surrounding rock and stress of the 2305 working face under the support of the roadway, it can be seen from the monitoring results that the displacement value of the deep monitoring point of the roof of the 2305 bottom roadway was 23 mm, and the displacement of the shallow monitoring point was 9 mm , The wall rock separation value of the roadway was 12 mm, with small displacement and the support was feasible; the maximum deformation of the roof convergence deformation of the 2305 bottom-draining roadway was about 230 mm, and the approaching distance of the two sides finally stabilized at about 445 mm, and the amount of deformation of the roadway was stabilized; the roof bolt and the left side anchor of the 2305 bottom pumping roadway were under greater stress. The maximum value of the roof bolt was 12.3 t, and the maximum value of the left side anchor was 14.2 t, none of them reachedthe yield strength of the anchor. It can be seen from the above monitoring results that the engineering analogy method and the supporting parameters of the 2305 working face bottom gas drainage roadway designed with reference to the 2311 working face were scientific and feasible, with good supporting effect.
