In order to ensure that the sulfur content data of the products in each link of the actual production and the final sale of commercial coal are more accurate, the coulometric titration method mentioned in the determination method of total sulfur in coal (GB / T214-2007) should be strictly followed to measure sulfur. The newly model of YX-Dl8300 integrated sulfur analyzer in the laboratory was calibrated in many points, and the relevant test data was recorded and analyzed in detail to determine the correction Coefficient. The results show that the dry sulfur content of low sulfur standard GBW11101d, low sulfur standard gbw11107a, medium sulfur standard GBW11105i and high sulfur standard GBW11113i are 0.46%, 0.93%, 1.65% and 3.22%, respectively, and the corresponding correction coefficients are 896, 902, 919 and 957. The results show that the accuracy of the test results is obviously improved after multi-point calibration of the working curve of the sulfur determinator.
