At present,the research of differentiated products has become the research focus of each enterprise,and the research of high heat-set efficiency spandex was an important direction as differentiated products. The synthetic methods of high heat-set efficiency spandex were introduced.It was pointed out that the heat-set efficiency spandex was prepared through improvement of the main raw material,such as polyether glycol, isocyanate, chain extender and additive etc.
