Scraper conveyor, as an important equipment of coal mining, with the development of intelligent mining, mining efficiency was improved. If the scraper conveyor was not maintained in time, its failure would easily reduce the production efficiency. AMESim was used to simulate the relationship between the chain stiffness coefficient k and the load current. It was concluded that there was a certain relationship between the stiffness coefficient k of the scraper conveyor chain and whether the chain will break. This research is of great significance to the production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face.
