The traditional overspeed car stopper is connected to two tracks installed. After the overspeed of the minecart, it touches the tank stop to cause the shofar canister to bounce and trip over the axle of the minecart. However, the contact area of such a carstop to prevent the minecar from traveling was small. After overspeed, it was easy to cause rollover due to inertia, and the traditional overspeed car blocking device was affected by the harsh environment of the underground, and easily blocked by coal silting and fails. In order to solve the above problems, through analysis and research, a kind of mechanical over-speed car stopper for the inclined roadway transportation of underground coal mines was designed to improve the construction efficiency and meet the four elements of "man-machine-loop-pipe" safety comprehensive management to avoid overspeed phenomenon of artificial failure of the car stopper.
