The function of ore liquid control gate valve and the vibration characteristics of the manual clutch gearbox in Xinjing Mine were tested. It was considered that the gate valve with high pressure retention and meets the conditions of safe and stable operation, the rotation frequency of the sun gear and its low frequency multiplier were different from the natural frequency of the gearbox, the gearbox without resonance phenomenon. The rotation of the sun gear was the main cause of gearbox vibration. The low speed rotation frequency improved the working stability of the gear box.
