Facing the problems of energy shortage, serious air pollution and insufficient use of niche resources in China, mixed light hydrocarbon gas is emerged according to the requirements of national sustainable development. The light hydrocarbon mixed-air gas is safe, reliable, economical and environmentally friendly, it is a new type of gas produced by light hydrocarbon gas generator and transported to the end users through the pipeline network. The dew point of mixed-air gas was calculated by the flash module of Aspen Plus software, and the relationship between dew point of light hydrocarbon fuel and mixed-air ratio and output pressure was simulated according to the light-hydrocarbon raw materials of given components. The relevant suggestions of mixed-air gas in the process of production and transportation were obtained.
