Automaticregulation scheme of reheating furnace—wall-separates heat-transfer equipment

In the production of chemical industry, it plays a very important role to measurement and control of the outlet-temperature of reheating furnace, which is one of the wall-separates heat-transfer equipment. Based on the design experience of the chemical automaticcontrol system engineering design and the standard specification,three common automaticregulate schemes for reheating furnace were introduced, namely the regulating-scheme of single-loop regulation, cascade-regulation and feedforward control system regulation. In the actual production of chemical industry, it should be based on the degree of strict requirements of the reheating furnace outlet temperature, the external main interference, the amplitude, the frequency, the furnace capacity and the situation of temperature being disturbed, to selecte the automatic adjustment scheme of the reheating furnace, and the automatic control scheme of the reheating furnace, should be studied to select the most suitable reheating furnace for the automatic control designer, which have important engineering practice significance.
