A new type of high-voltage vacuum distribution device for coal mine substation was studied, aiming at problems such as low reliability of high-voltage distribution device for key equipment of underground substation and non-automatic switching of power supply lines. The current of the main control circuits and the state of auxiliary switches when the circuit breaker closed or disengaged were checked, the time of disconnection and closing was calculated, judging whether the circuit breaker mechanism was abnormal. The wireless temperature sensor was installed at the contact arm of the isolator. The wireless receiver received the temperature data sent by the sensor and displayed the temperature value, historical parameters and other information at each point through processing and analysis. The servo motor and reducer can be installed on the car, and the handcar can be remotely controlled by the upper computer to switch the power supply line.
