In view of the fact that the traditional thermal control method used in heating vulcanized rubber products in Oren Tape Branch of Yangquan Coal Industry Group Corporation Ltd. can not meet the requirements of the production process,and has the characteristics of inflexible thermal control and big consumption of piping, the second control system was designed, and used in production. Production practice shows that the secondary recycle unit added in front of the curing system, can make the heating time shortened by more than 60%, the production efficiency increased by 50%; the energy in the whole curing process can be saved more than 90%. The unit has a high promotional value because of its lower investment costs and operating costs, safety and reliablility, easy maintenance, stable temperature control and high precision.
