Based on the reliability analysis and process measurement of working face equipment, reversed loader with problem of large hardness and lump coal, commonly ending up with closing down and manual handling, hydrodynamic shock assisting crushing large coal device was studied, hydraulic principle system of the equipment was introduced, the plan and design, the layout of the equipment were given, the application on site showed the good crushing effect.
