During the production of Hebei Jiheng Pharmaceutical ( Group ) Company, the originally used self suction type and propulsive type stirrer in hydrogenation reactor has some problems which are complex design, easily damaged stirrer, difficult to fuse quickly by gas and liquid, slow reaction rate, relatively low yield, and high energy consumption, it was transformed into self suction agitator. The production practice proves that the agitator overcomes the above shortcomings, the reaction time is shortened from 7 to 12 h, the heat transfer process of gas-liquid-solid is strengthened, the yield is increased by about 78% to more than 86%.
