Based on harms of stray current to underground safety production, its reasons produced by overhead mine traction network was analyzed. At the same time, the possible serious harm was described in detail. Therefore, reflux and non-reflux steel rail were used to insulate and the cross-sectional area of backflow rail was applied to control stray current, which reduced harms it brought and ensured safe and efficient operation of the mine.
