摘要 乙酰苯胺类解热镇痛药物扑热息痛由对氨基苯酚直接酰化制得。由于传统工艺反应温度高,产品易被氧化,且工业废水量巨大,故在环保形势严峻的今天,制约了其发展。对传统工艺进行了改进,常温下合成扑热息痛,反应条件温和,反应溶剂可回用,减少了工业废水产生,降低了生产成本,反应收率达到93 %,产品纯度为99 %,反应终点通过薄层色谱法跟踪,并利用多种分析仪器等对产品结构进行了表征。该制备方法原料易得,操作简单,溶液可循环使用,分离纯化容易。

Abstract :Paracetamol, acetaminophen an antipyretic analgesic drug of acetanilide class, is made directly from p-aminophenol by the acylation reaction. The traditional synthetic technology of paracetamol should be improved in today's severe environmental protection situation because reaction temperature is high, the products are susceptible to be oxidized, and the industrial waste water is huge. Through the improvement of the technology, paracetamol is synthesized at room temperature, the reaction conditions are mild, the reaction solvent is recycle to reduce the industrial waste water, reduce production cost, and the reaction yield is 93 %, the purity of the product is 99 %. The reaction endpoint was deteced by the thin layer chromatography ( TLC ), and the product structures were characterized by various analytical instruments. The synthesis method has the advantages of easy obtainment of the?raw material, simple operation, the recycle solvent, and?easy separation and purification for the product.
