Based on inaccurate evaluation methods for coal mine construction project caused by too simplified evaluation method for supervision effect in conventional process of coal mine construction, expert evaluation method was used to evaluate supervision effect which reflected defects in coal mine construction and provided solving measures. The results showed that this method was beneficial to rapid expansion of coal construction project.
