Coal gangue hill as the ending of waste rock system forms rhizoma sparganii as waste rock rolling down with its gravity. The smooth degree of waste rock rolling depends on the stacking angle, in order to prevent the stacking in front of support, the support needs to be moved if the waste rock goes with resistance. The cycle of moving support depends on the altitude of the hill, the higher the hill, the longer the cycle. A large amount of waste gangue has been delayed on top of the hill since 2015 affected by lower height and different shape of the hill, which constructed the production. The research and application of rotating belt waste exclusion technology solves the problem of rapid rolling of waste rock from top and reducing the waste rock exclusion cost.
